our school .Some people say they don’t recycle because the rule are too confusing and text
is too difficult. Well I am sure they are still unsure about the whole program．The
recycling is planned as simply as a three—part program searching; collecting and
delivering．The first pa r’searching is also the hardest one．Mast people don’t like to take
the time to separate rubbish and this is usually why most recycling programs fall．
